Garda charged after three burglary gang members died in N7 crash is sent for jury trial

A Garda accused of endangering life during an incident in which three men died in a collision in Dublin has been sent forward for trial before a Circuit Court judge and jury.

There are no words for this farce. Everyime I read Justice related news I hear the theme music to the Benny Hill show.

Bet the Judge gives the Garda 20 years .... should have gotten a commendation.

This poor Garda has been dealing with this since July 2021....4 years of torture for doing his job and I don't mind what anyone says, there were elderly rural people living alone and in terror of these thugs breaking in robbing them and beating them up.

The garda ombudsman not above reproach themselves, wasn't one of their employees out parrying with gerry hutch when he was freed from court on technicality.
They were the ones that pressed this case to the courts and dpp
