Just got planning permission

Just got planning permission granted for 2 storey extension and now need to get tenders from builders.
But - would like advice on what we should be thinking about before we speak to builders - am thinking about things like specifying certain quality building produts, radiators, finish etc.

All advice or thoughts welcome

The more you specify the more exact a builders quote can be.
Also, make sure all builders price for the same thing....

Dont simply aim to meet minimum insulation regulations (which builders regularly quote for)..... specify a greater insulation level.

get professional advice if you are not up to speed on this.
