Jury Duty Summons - Name spelt incorrectly.

I've received a summons for jury duty but my name is spelt incorrectly - I've asked for it to be corrected on the electoral register many times and its never been done. I have no problem appearing for service but as my name is spelt wrong is it a valid summons?

Thanks for that bond-007, just spoke to the courts office and they say they can change the spelling of my name also.

He has not been misled by it. Minor mistakes do not invalidate a summons.
