Junckers floor and underfloor heating

I am about to lay a Junckers American Engineered Hickory floor. I have been given 2 contridicting bits of advice, one saying that it will shrink with the underfloor heating and have ot be taken up and another one saying it will be fine.
Any advice or experience?

It does shrink a bit with the heating on and expand in the summer (as the moisture content increases). But it's only the odd board that you would notice, and the increase in gap I've had is a millimetre or so. I've it in now (beech) for three winters and have no actual problems with it (shrinkage, curl, separation etc).

Some things to watch out for:
- my contractor said it should be stored in the house with the heating on for six-eight weeks with the heating on to acclimatise it
- the floors need to be really level
- make sure there is no chance of damp coming in under any of the door frames

We put down about 190 m2 of junckers oak wideboard and narrow board about 2 years ago. We got one of their appoved fitters to lay it. And I am sorry that I bought it now. We have gaps all over the place of up to 5mm and gaps at the end of the boards. For the amount of money we spent on it it looks terrible. I have been on to the junckers rep but he is fairly useless. He came out to look at the boards and after about a month sent me a letter saying that he cold see no structural fault with the boards. I bought Junckers because I thought it would give me no problems.
