can you guys be of help to me?
i have a person that owes me over 30,000 euro, not a company!
it's gone through all the court things, judgement, sheriff did not good, and now for enforcement, turns out after court now i get 150euro per month, which will take about 18 years to pay off, i know this person has access to money,
anyways my question is:, if i owe for VAT or a TV Licence i will go to jail, how come my solicitor could not get this person sent to jail, as then i know he would have come up with the money.
