Judgement Mortgage What info are consumers to be told

If a Judgement Mortgage has been placed against one's property. Is the Financial Institution meant to advise the person concerned annually with interest incurred etc ?
 
In one word, no.
Courts Act interest will accumulate until the Judgment Mortgage expires or is paid.

Many thanks for your reply. We were handed a judgement mortgage in 2017. Since that date neither of us have received statement of what we owe. I offered to sort it out via Solicitor and Barrister over a 7 year period, but was told they wanted it all or nothing. Strangely the Bank owe me more in an order from the FSO but they haven't complied with it
