I took out a personal loan 15K with BOI in 2008
I fell on bad times and was unable to pay the loan
I almost lost my house but after 3 years of letters etc we have come to a long term arrangement on the house family.
However a the BOI loan have issued a judgement mortgage against my home were i had received no letters or correspondence to show up on court
The amount is for €16K and a charge of 8% per annum
What can i do to help the matter
