Judgement invalidity

Can a judgement mortgage be deemed invalid if there were inaccuracies about the debtors details on the affidavit of debt submitted by the creditor?
I am basing this question on some old thread I saw somewhere about an old statute law going back to 1857 or so?

Under the 1850 act the affidavit had to be spot on perfect to identify the propery and person however the courts slowly moved away from this to a more common sense. Under the 2009 act the forms are a lot more simplified and with more propertys on the property register it look very unlikey to make a mistake with them, however if an inaccuracie is made it can be a defence.

The JM could be declared invalid but that would not stop them from registering it correctly and starting again.
