Hi all,
The silent director of my limited company, is in a bit of strife and has a few judgements coming against them for their personal bills and for not keeping up with repayments.
My question is, the director is purely there to meet the two directors for Ltd company ruling within Ireland, can they come after company cash/assets to repay the personal debts owed by the director?
No. He may be restricted from being a director however. Check the M&A aswell just to see if there is any onus on a director to resign if judgements registered against them.
No. Not at all. Don't worry. The only way it may affect you is if your company request credit from another supplier or bank and you have him listed as a director.
