Am in receipt of jsb which is due to expire in Nov, then I will not be entitled to jsa because of husbands earnings.
Have recently been diagnosed with post natal depression and am unfit for work for the immediate future, friends have told me Im entitled to some sort of disability benefit due to this. Is this correct? How does it work? Would I be entitled to this benefit even when my jsb expires and would it be means tested?
