jsa and other entitlements

Im on jsa live alone and have rent allowance
If i have paid all my bills my left over is just 32 euro a week to buy food ect
Its almost impossible to live on this
Next week i have an interview in galway and dont know how to get there
And if im there and get the job how to survive the first two working weeks without money??

My question is m i entitled for other benefits??
Some say i do and others say no
Asked on the sw office and dont get a clear answer

If you are under 25, your unemployment payment would be very small, I would advise you to go along and speak to your local community welfare officer and see if you are getting all of your entitlements also do tell him/her about the interview in Galway and he/she may be able to give you an exceptional needs payment to tie you over. You may have to pay it back if you get the job but it would be worth it! Good luck with the interview and hope you will be successful.
