JS Benefit, husbands income assessed?

Hi there,

I was just hoping someone could give some advice as to whether of not my husbands income would be taken into consideration in my application for Job Seekers Benefit.

My employers are to cut my 5 day a week to 3 days a week and at the end of July I am due to go on Maternity leave. They have guaranteed me a full time job on my return from Maternity leave.

JB is not means-tested and so hubby's income won't be taken into consideration. for your Personal Rate. See keypost for details about claiming QAA though.
