joint mortgage now seperated what are my rights

been seperated from my partner for 3 years we have 2 children aged 13 and 15 and i have been paying her £650 which we both agreed as fair maintanence, this covered maintenance for the children and my share of our joint mortgage. now she has contacted the CSA and i cant afford to pay the mortgage aswell as the CSA as it will be more than our agreed £650.

what are my rights regarding my house
1) can i force her to sell
2) do i still have to pay the mortgage if im paying CSA.
 
I'm guessing from the CSA mention that this is a UK query. This is an Irish discussion board, so contributors are unlikely to have detailed knowledge of the situation in the UK.
