Hi, just wondering if anybody has any past experience. I purchased a house with a sibling so we have a joint mortgage that is now roughly 20k in negative equity. We've both agreed to split this and carry it forward on a future mortgage which isn't the problem.
Does anybody know if we were to purchase separate house are we both liable to pay the 10 or 20% deposits or do any banks offer deals for deposits. We just have no hope of saving up two deposits. Thanks in advance for any help.
