Hi Guys I was let go from work there on the 28th of November but I have collected my dole the last 2 weeks in the post office but I went in today to collect the money and there was nothing there for me as I have never collected the dole in my life before I do not know what is wrong and why there was nothing in there today has anyone else been in the same situation before? Does anyone know what I should do?

So I tried ringing today but no answer so I am going to go in on monday first thing just wondering what it could be
 
It could be anything.

Did you forget to sign on?
Did you collect your payment in the allotted time frame?
Were you abroad?

The best advice is to go to the local office where your claim was authorised because only they can tell you.
 
Hi guys just an update went in today and the person at reception said that my payment is still pending atm since the start of December, The money that I was recieving was from the CWO etc.. so have to go in on Wednesday to the CWO.... anyone else have this happen to them!
