I was put on a three day week in May 2009 and took a break in November 2010 till June 2011 for Maternity leave. I'm back on a 3 day week again and contiuning on with my jobseekers benefit. Got a letter in post yesterday from my local social welfare office saying your Jobseekers Benefit claim is coming to an end. You have received paymenet for 252 days of 312. Does that mean I have 60 days left to claim i.e. 30 weeks at 2 days per week??? That would bring me up to end of February. Have I calculated that right? Is there any point in applying for means testing?
