Jobseekers Benefit(part-time) cheque query

Hi,

My wife normally receives a cheque for job seekers benefit for three days Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday as she works Thursday/Friday and Saturday part-time, the cheque normally arrives on a Tuesday but it hasn't...

1) Could it be that the post is one day late due to the Bank holiday?
2) Could it be late due to the Welfare office having a day off like the rest of us yesterday?
