I signed on first time ever at the beginning of January. Sadly my local SWO is in Tuam which has a massive backlog so after 5 weeks of hearing nothing I recieved a little green slip of paper in the post yesterday that asks me to sign and date it to say I've been unemployed between the 15th jan and 11th feb.... It has Jobseekers Benefit written on top right hand corner, a hatch number and my PPS No & address on it.
It does not however tell me what the feck to do with the form once it is signed. Doesnt give any details on what its for...I'm stumped.
And of course I've been trying to get through to the Tuam SWO now since 10am yesterday morning, it just keeps ringing out...so here I am asking if anyone knows what this little green piece of paper is for??!!
