jobseekers benefit and partime

hi I was made redundant in april 2010 and I did sign on for jobseekers benefit, in september 2010 I got a part time job. I was still signing on for jobseekers for 3 days/week. I have since june 2011 been on maternityleave and are due back to work again in january, what happens to my jobseekers? will i have earned enough stamps to get new days or will i only ever be able to get the 320 days and never again be entiteld to more days? I now I can apply for jobseekers alowance after being unemployed and used up all jsb days but if you still work do u keep getting new days ?

If you were on Jobseekers when you went on to Maternity Benefit, you can pick up where you left off once your Maternity leave/benefit expires, provided that there is not a period of more than 6 months between stopping your Mat Benefit and your new claim.

Once you exhaust your Jobseekers Benefit, you may re-qualify if you have the stamps (you need 13 stamps after day 156 of your claim, so you'll more than likely meet this criterion), although you would also need to have lost a day's employment, so if you continue on 3 days, you'll not have any entitlement to re-qualify for Benefit.

If you don't qualify you may qualify for Jobseekers Allowance, although this is means tested.
