Jobseeker´s Benefit/allowance vs Sole trader

Are you entitled to keep getting the JB/JA at the same time than setting up as sole trader?
If not, what other alternatives do we´ve got?

You must apply for the back to work enterprise allowance and it continues for a certain length of time. Contact your social welfare office.

It's a 2 years payment.
