Hey, Im searching for a new job and wondered if you guys knew of any decent websites I could do a search on.

Also worth having a look at some of the college websites that can offer very good career services.

Depending on what the job is its also worth searching directly off the company websites. A lot of jobs may never get advertised if the right person can apply directly to the company before it goes to print.

Making sure you have the right CV and Cover Letter, geared towards each individual job you apply for (don't use a single generic CV for every job) is probably the biggest part of your job search.

is the best, followed by irishjobs.ie

monster is pretty useless

I always find the yahoo directory search ideal for things like this. Heres [broken link removed] for jobs websites in ireland.

Car I'm actually IN work doing it! I've managed to send my CV to a few places and a recruitment agency (though I dont like dealing with them!)
Still, its a start! Onward and upward

Have a look at www.staff.ie and it's sister site www.dole.ie that will search a selection of sites for you. Saves you the bother.

Thanks for all the advice yesterday. I've had 2 calls from recruitment agencies and an interview lined up with a company tomorrow! Fingers crossed it all goes well now!
