Hi,
can anyone tell me when JSB runs out after 12 months how many months of bank statements do the Social Welfare look for when applying for JSA and being means tested?
(Thought I asked this the other day but can't find it anywhere - prob presses the wrong button)

There is no set period. The idea is that SW can see your 'nornal pattern' of income/outgoings over a period to allow them assess amount of capital you have. For instance, if you got redundancy 12 months ago, then they will ask for statements that cover how you dealt with that redundancy. 6 months to 1 year should be plenty, but 2-3 months is probably too short.
