job seekers allowance

my sister is currently unemployed and has built up no stamps over the years to claim the dole. her husband is employed some weeks full time other weeks 3 day week. Can anyone tell me if she is entitled to anything on the dole?or is their any financial support for her?

If she's available for and seeking full-time work, she can make a claim for Jobseeker's Allowance. It will be means-tested on her husband's income (as well as any savings or property apart from family home).
