I'm just wondering if anyone can shine some light on the issue.
My contract clearly states permanent on it but my job has just been advertised. My contract isn't up and I haven't received any notice of termination etc.
Any chance you are still on probation?
Or the team is expanding and they just copied your job spec as the one closest to the new role - HR departments can be lazy that way...
I would take screenshots at home \ print outs of that job ad with relevant time and dates just in case you need it down the line...
