JB Part time work & some full time coming up

A friend was in receipt of JB when put down from a 5 day week to 3 day week but that payment has ceased as time is up( think 2 years)

If this person goes back working full time(in two jobs, one for three days and one for two days per week) for more than 13 weeks are they entitled again to JB for the part of the week that they are not working when the full time work ceases again?

It depends whether sw go back 26 weeks or 13 weeks to calculate their level. If they go back 26 weeks then a level of 4 would be applied so should be fine for working 3 days per week.They would have to be working 5 days per week. If they are doing the 2 jobs on the same days then they will not requalify if its on 3 days they are still working. Are they only guaranteed the second job for 13 weeks?
 
Thanks Eastbono, the job will probably be for 4 months (summer) so 15-16 weeks all going well and it is on the days he's not already working. So he'll be working Mon - Fri. I'd say he hoping something else might come up but just wants to ensure he's doing it right and knows what he should be entitled to.
