My boyfriend has a tracter mortgage with BOI, i cant find the agreement to make sure it was a tracker he got, going from the statements:
Drawdown: €150000 18/07/2006 rate of interest 3.55%
11/10/2006 rate of interest 4.05%
14/03/2007 rate of interest 4.55%
31/03/2008 rate of interest 4.8%
09/07/2008 rate of interest 5.05%
11/03/2009 rate of interest 2.3%
Anyone know if these rates sound about right for a tracter mortgage? Had another loan with BOI and just got a letter saying was overcharged now just checking everything. I have requested a copy of agreement of loan.
