ITunes installation problem with Vista

i am trying to load ITunes 7.2 on my Vista laptop. when i try it returns an error abot the VBScript not installed or disabled. I found it on the laptop so it is installed. but it says to turn off script blocker in anti virus. I have Ad Aware SE plus installed and also windows defender.ANy help would be apreciated.

There is an Apple Article on this for XP - [broken link removed]

But these steps should do the same thing in Vista:

1. Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right Click on Command
Prompt -> Run As Administrator.
2. Type “cd C:\Windows\System32?
3. Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll

Then close the window and then install iTunes again.
