to be fair, the person who willed the money to VdP was quite specific about what the money be spent on, I think it can only be spent on services in Galway and there any have been other stipulations. They cannot use it for funding their general services. It would be very dissapointing for the VdP and the work they do, if their donations suffered because of this.
