This reminds me of the sign that was placed where exiting the Jack Lynch Tunnel in Cork in the direction of Mahon last year. It was upside down and said (to those who craned their neck to read it while exiting on one of the lanes from a very busy tunnel at 80 km/h) that speed kills in Galway...
The excuse given later was that it was a backing board for another sign which the workman did not have time to place that day (nor the day after that or indeed the day after that...)
