Isuzu Tooper

HI,
looking at buying second hand four w-drive 2001- 2003. isuzu's seem to be much cheaper than others i know they are known to be trouble some knew someone who had a 95 model and was fine gud for towing. does anyone have any expierence or views?
also looked at a mitsubishi pajero 5 seater, would tax be much more on this because of the 5 seats.

not too sure on the troopers, but if i wanted one i would go to the uk for one,, especially the vrt is cheap and fived rate i believe,,

stay away from the pajeros,, they are an absolout alcoholic on diesel,, my friend had one ,, hard to trade it in when he bought new navara,, and i borrowed it a few times,, always felt like it needed an extra gear too,, you can just watch the diesel gauge drop as u drive

tax on pajero,, some are 2,5, some are 2,8,, steep tax
