ISP dialups

Would anyone have a dialup for any ISP with a number other than a 1891 or 1892. Just occurred to me as I have prepaid calls to all area codes excl 189* I might be able to get a free connection. I know they were all local numbers before - --hoping against hope that soe obscure ISP might still have one

elive used to have a normal number for non subscription dial-up access but I think it might be gone now.

It says a lot when the home page of www.elivefree.net reads:

I think they long ago decommissioned their 'geographic' dialup prefixes...
