Iseq Etf

I'm interested in buying into an ISEQ ETF. However, I have no idea who offers them and who does the best deal.

Is there anyone here with experience in these investment vehicles who could recommend a broker with the lowest charges and best customer service?

Yes, I have used the search utility to read the extensive discussions. However, I wasn't able to find any discussion on peoples experiences with individual brokers and prices.

For example, one thread made mention of the Bank of Ireland ISEQ ETF, BOI or BIAM has very little material on their websites.
