ISDN - Ensure single channel

I am using a Flat Rate for dialup and Satellite for download, however, I want to ensure that the ISDN line will only pick up one channel. How do I do this ?

connect an ordinary 56k pstn modem to the line you want to use for dial up on the back of the isdn box supplied by eircom but most isdn modems will allow you to use one channel only in their config
 
Surely eircom provide that info with the box or [broken link removed]?
