My company was taken over a few months ago, and there were many immediate redundancies. I was offered a different position in the new company at the same level of pay but at a lower level. It was made clear to me at the time if I wasn't happy that the job was an appropriate alternative, I would be offered the same redundancy terms as my other colleagues.
After a few months, I agreed that I would accept the redundancy offer.
I have a few months temporary work lined up now, and I will then be going on Maternity Leave but after my Maternity Leave I may need to go on JB. Will the circumstances of my redundancy mean any exclusions for JB?
