is this a good deal for a 320d

Hi all and thanks for the advice so far,
ive come across this car and am thinking of giving it a go

i've been intouch with the seller and he claims..
"unlike alot of imports this car has a full service history,the car will be fully serviced by us and will come with a full bumper to bumper 6 months parts and labour warranty"

is this a good deal and/or is there anything i should be looking out for... should i try and talk him down from the asking price as its nearly the end of the year and the car will be 7 years old in 2 months..

Get the old UK reg. and do a HPI check on it.
