is there wheelchair access at st paticks parade in dublin

hiya i have 3 kids who really want to got to the parade tommorrow, my eldest is 13 and is in a wheelchair, when i went last year people were nearly standing on him to see over the barrier, it was a nightmare,
im sure there is an area where there is no barrier and people in wheelchairs can see the parade,

if checked the internet and cant find any information,

if anyone out there knows how we could find that, we would be delighted, i really dont want to kids to have to miss the parade again,
