Is there the opposite of a clawback provision regarding stamp duty

I know if you buy a house as an owner occupier and subsequently let it then you may have to pay the stamp you should have paid at the time of buying if you were classed as an investor, however is there any provision for the opposite scenario i.e. buy a house as a non-owner occupier and pay the stamp, then due to circumstances have to go and live in the property is there any provision for getting a refund on the stamp?
