Is there still a switcher market?

As the title suggests, I'm curious about the ability of switching mortgage providers currently. I know a lot of the banks have references to it on their web sites but what are peoples actual experience?

My specific area of interest would be with LTV of 70% or less.

Thanks in advance.

I doubt it. I switched after 2 years with UB to NIB back at the height of the boom when they were offering a ridiculous ECB+0.5% tracker.
I doubt there is much appetite out there for taking on exisiting irish mortgages. I'm pretty sure I've read as much here on AAM. However, I will let someone else confirm it for sure.

KBC will go up to 80%. Bank of Ireland and ICS will go to 50%. AIB will not take a switcher at all.
