Is there an inner-city sailing club?

Can anyone help on this one I wonder? I believe there is, or there used to be, a dinghy-sailing club based in Dublin's inner-city. Does anyone know anything about it or how it could be contacted? It's not Poolbeg YC by the way. Alternatively, does anyone know of a similar boating- or sailing-club anywhere in the country which caters for underprivileged or handicapped people?

I think it's it's at Charlotte Dock Quay/Grand Canal Basin where those apartment towers are. Used to date a girl from there so I'd see them out in the mornings
