Is there a Website, where I can get sellers to contact me, I'm a cash buyer, ( Ad deleted - Brendan)
 
Surely the simper approach would be for you to go onto DAFT.ie or myhome.ie and input your requirements,budget,no of bedrooms etc and see what filters through.

Don't complicate things:)
 
It would be interesting to see who contacted you though. Say you said I want X Y and Z for a budget of £X who you could compare asking prices on daft and see what they are really willing to take for certain properties
 
My aunt was trying to sell her family home in australia, posted on thurs on one of these sites - sales agreed by fri, full asking price
