is there a website where house buyers can advertise?

Hey folks,

Is there such a place on the internet for advertising that you are in the market to buy. list what you are looking for and how much roughly to spend. Sort of first interest for buyers who want tosell can get in touch?

Long shot I know, but there are certain areas I would probably love to buy (just don't know exist) and this way houses can be brought to me to look at.

I'd be inclined just to set up an alert on Daft or Myhome.ie based on the criteria, that way you keep you cards close to you chest

I guess zou can try to do that on any website with general announcements, or try a regional website in the are you want to buy the house

you often see ads from Ganley Waters saying things like "Mr. A.G. has 2m to spend on a period house in Wicklow"; not sure if something exists for less 'grand' houses but perhaps worth putting a small classified in the Times/Indo Property supplement?
