Is there a statutory fee for copies of contracts or bills?

basically as the title says
is there a statuatory fee for recieving copies of bills or copies of the original contract with a company based in Ireland?

or is it free
or can they charge whatever they like?

Or do I send it stating I need it to comply with Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003?
