Is there a need for a management company on a housing estate with freehold owned houses(no apartments)?
Why might the builder be still involved in the company, all the houses have been sold?
Can the management company be wound up, or can the builder stop that happening?
Last year I was in contact with the council they were happy to take in charge the estate!
I'm totally confused about whats going on, nobody seems to have straight answers regarding this company. The agent quit the estate two years ago. the two directors don't seem to have a clue about whats going on.
