Is there a cooling off period with Meteor???

Hi guys

Just wondering if anybody can help me? My girlfriend went back to bill pay on Monday but isn't happy and wants to switch back to pay as you go. As it hasn't even been a week yet does anybody know if she has the right to a "cooling off period" and return the phone, switch back to pay as you go and get a refund for the money she paid for the phone?
