I have purchased a new one, but since ive been using it I seem to have gotten the other one to come back on and work (which I' couldn't before).

However It still needs a new roller, the rubber had detached from the metal bar it is on and now the belt makes are horrible sound because the rubber roller is damaged.

It's hard to explain but is there a company that could replace the roller?

Thanks.

In this situation I think maybe you should enquire with a few of the local gyms in your locality, because they must have companies who provide after sales service on their equipment. I think they should put you on the right track.
