Hi all,
Just wondering if someone can tell me if this is correct,
I am doing a rent review on Monday and input the figures into the calculator and it came back that I am only allowed increase the rent by €2
Usually every year it comes back at 2% which would be approx €30
This year its showing 0.1%, is this correct?
(Also I know it says only do the rent review on the day of the actual review, but I also input today's date and it came back with €2 also)
Thanks in advance for any replies.

Looks spot on.

Inflation was running will above 2% over the last couple of years, it isn't now.

In the past the 2% cap was binding. However, the overall level of prices (for the basket of HICP goods) are roughly where that were a year ago. So under RPZ rules your rent should be too.

Not that you'll appreciate it but rounding up to the nearest Euro is your friend here.
