Is synthetic carpet good for a bedroom?

Is synthetic carpet ok for the bedroom or should I go for 50-50 with wool, 15 square metrs will be moving to a house and want abit of comfort in bedroom on the floor and what is a fair price to pay thinking around 500E or less, have read carpets section and found it useful thanks

Where we have carpets in the house they are all 80% wool 20% nylon; hard wearing but soft to the feet.
