Is rent relief per room or per person

Hi, I am living in a two bedroom apartment. I share my room with my girlfriend. And the other room has a single tenant .

Myself and my girlfriend are hoping to claim back rent relief but are curious as to whether only one of us can claim as we are sharing a room and paying the rent between us for that room. Or can both of us claim and expect to get rent relief each?

You can both claim but total amount claimed should match what your actually paying.
