Is personal insolvency bill only for homeowners? Or it also for property investors?

The personal insolvency bill is for anyone who is insolvent, whether their debt is secured or unsecured.

There are some elements in the Personal Insolvency Act which relate to the family home e.g. a Personal Insolvency Arrangement should aim to retain the family home if it is reasonable.
