is ntl down for anyone else?

My tv is down and my broadband is too, I get both from ntl. Anyone else with this problem? before i try to ring ntl on a bank holiday...

I have a tonne of work to do from home online, and I need my fast connection

It turns out its only down in my area and they dont know when it will be back. They "have an engineer on site"

Bummer really, I had a whole website to update and put aside today to do it. Ill be shot at the update meeting in the morning.

Sorry about rant but Im fed up with NTL

I heard NTL "went down" recently all over Dublin and an engineer has to come out to your house and reset the box or something then it works. (I think they reset the code for the box)
